Scope. This policy applies to RelaxMinder (“App”) and all features within the App.
Data we process. Reminder content (text, dates/times, categories, optional images/files) and your app settings (e.g., notifications, sync). Your reminder content is stored on your device and, if you enable it, may sync via Apple iCloud/CloudKit. We do not operate our own backend for your reminder content. We do not collect analytics or crash/performance diagnostics and we use no third-party analytics SDKs.
Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store). We do not collect or store your payment card details, and we do not operate our own payment processing servers.
The App uses local notifications to alert you about reminders. We do not collect push notification tokens and do not use advertising identifiers or cross-app tracking.
How we use data. To operate the App and provide features you choose (e.g., reminders, optional iCloud sync). We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
We do NOT collect (for App Privacy alignment). No advertising identifiers; no precise location; no contacts; no calendars; no health data; no browsing history; no microphone or camera recordings (beyond user-initiated attachments stored on-device or, if you enable it, in iCloud).
Sharing. Service provider: Apple (iCloud/StoreKit/TestFlight, if used). Otherwise, no sharing with third parties.
Retention & control. Data remains until you delete it. You can delete entries individually or use Settings › Delete All Reminders to erase all local data. If iCloud sync is enabled, this action also requests deletion of your RelaxMinder data in your iCloud/CloudKit container. An internet connection is required, and deletion propagates over time to devices signed in with the same Apple ID. This does not remove copies stored in iCloud device backups; restoring from a backup may reintroduce data.
Children. The App is not directed to children and does not intend to knowingly collect children’s personal data. The 4+ age rating reflects content suitability only.
Your rights. In some regions (e.g., EU/UK) you may have rights to access and erase personal data. Because your content resides on your device and (if enabled) in iCloud, you exercise these rights via the in-app deletion controls. For requests: [email protected].
Security. We use platform protections; no method is 100% secure.
Changes. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here.
